INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups soaked and boiled rajma or kidney beans
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- Dressing
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper according to your taste
METHOD:-
- Toss all the ingredients together and refrigerate at least for 1 hour
- Add dressing
- Serve immediately
Tips
You can also use
- ½ tsp chopped green chilies 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Lemon juices as dressing
