RAJMA SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups soaked and boiled rajma or kidney beans
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • Dressing
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper according to your taste

METHOD:-

  • Toss all the ingredients together and refrigerate at least for 1 hour
  • Add dressing
  • Serve immediately

Tips

You can also use

  • ½ tsp chopped green chilies 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Lemon juices as dressing
